Decent and magnificent location in Cebu, near to 7-11 around the area and Jeepneys and taxis.

The staff were extremely polite and outstandingly accommodating, and the free parking was available. The room was large with nice view, we stayed in all day.

My hotel room was decent sized and well priced with free breakfast. There was plenty of delicious meals.

We had a great stay at Cebu R Hotel Capitol! The location was perfect, just a short distance from the Capitol Center of Cebu. The facility was clean and well-maintained, from the lobby to the hallways and our room. The value for money was excellent, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. I would highly recommend Cebu R Hotel Capitol for a pleasant and convenient stay in Cebu.

Enjoyed this low cost hotel: outstanding food and very very helpful and caring staff. The suite I stayed in was brand-new with nice view. There were an electric kettle and a refrigerator in the room too.

This hotel met requirements, we do recommend to all. The location was excellent and absolutely perfect, in the center, convenient to go everywhere. Further, it was very close to malls, restaurants, convenience stores, and city transport, and the reception/ restaurant.

The hotel is conveniently located near the center of the city, making it easy to visit attractions like the Bascillica El Niño and shopping malls. It is a short taxi ride away from the airport, although traffic congestion in the city can be challenging. The rooms are clean and spacious, with friendly staff providing excellent service.

Some guests have reported that the air conditioner in the rooms can be noisy, affecting the quality of sleep.

This property is in a particularly good location, so close to food places and malls as well as bars, the port area, and restaurants, Jollibee, Mercury Drug and 7-11. Food options are appetising! Outstandingly accommodating and truly friendly staff as one would expect.

Convenient location, easily accessible to attractions and taxis. Peaceful and calm atmosphere. Reliable wifi. Fresh and clean sheets and mattresses make for a comfortable stay.

Overall it was nicely furnished with 3 beds. Had an electric kettle and a fridge at our disposal. The location was decent, near to 7-11 around the area, church and malls and the malls and easily accessible.
